Early Notable Achievements

My journey in technology began unusually early. By age 12, I was navigating and controlling servers at leading American universities. At 14, I developed a remote access tool that tested the defences of Microsoft and Symantec, challenging the strongest cybersecurity of the time. These early experiences were pivotal—they shaped my curiosity and laid the foundation for my later career as an AI expert and technology leader focused on practical, high-impact solutions.

Formative Experiences and Key Training

After an intense early immersion in software development, including mastering languages like Python and C before adulthood, I served in the Israeli Defense Forces Intelligence Corps. There, I gained deep insights into the vital role data and AI-driven computer vision play in security and decision-making. That period was less about discipline and more about understanding how to leverage AI and data science under real-world pressures, a perspective few acquire before their twenties.

Current Role and Recent Achievements

Today, I serve as CTO at Jam 7, where I confront one of AI’s trickiest challenges: synthesising human creativity with generative AI’s automation strengths. This role embodies my philosophy—technology must be pragmatic and outcome-driven. Prior to this, I led R&D at Synamedia, creating robust, production-grade AI systems that improve broadcast and media workflows. My hands-on technical leadership spans scalable architecture design, machine learning systems, and cloud infrastructure, all grounded in real-world product development.

Core Philosophy and Personal Values

  1. Technology should solve real problems, not create artificial complexity. If a solution requires lengthy explanations, it’s already failed.
  2. People are both the most valuable asset and the biggest bottleneck. Leadership is critical to unlock potential, not merely manage resources.
  3. Question success more than failure. Complacency is the real risk, not setbacks.
  4. Execution speed and ruthless prioritisation matter more than grand plans. Build systems that deliver yesterday’s results.
  5. Intellectual risk-taking is essential. Dive deep before worrying about if wings will grow.

Technical Approach and Leadership Style

My approach combines hands-on engineering with strategic foresight. I build and architect AI systems factoring in scalability, robustness, and real-world integration from day one. Whether leading teams or coding directly, I focus on:

  • Generative AI and LLM architectures aligned with clear objectives
  • AI agents and autonomous workflows, enabling self-maintaining systems
  • RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) techniques to enhance AI contextual awareness
  • Vector search and embeddings to drive precise retrieval in data-rich environments
  • Scalable cloud infrastructure supporting complex AI workloads
  • Efficient data engineering pipelines that adapt autonomously

I prefer straightforward communication over corporate formalities. My leadership style is pragmatic, prioritising measurable impact and real-world utility over buzzwords or bureaucracy. I encourage teams to think three steps ahead, challenge assumptions, and avoid groupthink while grounding innovation in engineering discipline.

Personal Interests and Life Beyond Work

Outside technology, I find balance through diverse passions that inform my perspective and energy:

  • Family is my anchor—my two daughters inspire me daily to shape a simpler, better future.
  • Regular early morning workouts reset my focus and stamina.
  • I enjoy real-time strategy games, which hone strategic thinking and adaptability.
  • Enduro motorbike riding connects me to nature and sharpens risk management instincts.
  • I’m a student of science fiction, drawn to its systems-thinking and futuristic vision.
  • Music fascinates me as an intricate, balanced system, mirroring my approach to architectural design.
  • I eagerly follow space exploration initiatives, inspired by visionaries pushing human limits.

Closing Visionary Statement

At the intersection of AI and human potential lies my purpose. I don’t build AI with naive optimism—I build it with realistic pragmatism to extend human capacity, not replace it. My work is about cutting through digital noise to deliver tangible, measurable impact. Whether pioneering autonomous AI agents or engineering fail-safe systems for safety-critical environments, I aim for clarity, speed, and meaningful innovation.

Looking ahead, I am focused on shaping AI that is both powerful and precisely aligned with human values—technology that transcends complexity and drives real-world transformation. If you seek a pragmatic AI technology leader who blends technical depth with strategic insight, that’s where you’ll find me: building solutions that matter.
