Early Achievements that Shaped My Path

My journey with technology didn’t begin yesterday. By the age of 12, I was already mastering server control at top American universities. At 14, I developed a remote access tool that tested the defences of Microsoft and Symantec—proof early on that I was not interested in conventional paths. These early experiences forged a relentless curiosity and a pragmatic mindset: technology must solve tangible problems, not add complexity for complexity's sake.

Formative Experiences and Key Training

My service in the Israeli Defense Forces, specifically within the Intelligence Corps, was a formative crucible. It exposed me to the disruptive power of data and AI in real-world security and strategic contexts. The work went beyond theory; it was about understanding how data shapes outcomes under pressure. Coupled with my early programming skills in Python, C, and advanced scripting, I was already positioned at the intersection of applied technology and operational impact.

Education and Professional Journey

Year Role Company / Institution Achievement
2016 – 2019 Head of Software Engineering Office of the Prime Minister, Israel Led rapid development of data and cybersecurity projects
2019 – 2022 CTO & Co-Founder SightBit Built AI-driven aquatic safety platform with real-world life-saving impact
2022 – 2024 Director of Engineering Synamedia Scaled global R&D in data, analytics, and security with AI and ML focus
2024 – Present Chief Technology Officer Jam 7 Leading AI-powered marketing automation using generative AI and agentic architectures

Alongside this professional track, I hold a B.A. in Economics, an MBA in Strategy, and an M.Sc. in Computer Science. I am also a member of IEEE and the Israeli Chamber of IT, reflecting my commitment to staying at the forefront of technology standards and community.

Current Role and Recent Achievements

Today, I serve as CTO at Jam 7, an AI-first marketing technology company where we focus on the toughest problem in AI: human-like creativity at scale. By blending large language models, RAG systems, and agentic automation frameworks, I am helping build breakthrough marketing agents that operate autonomously, not just assistively.

Prior to this, at Synamedia, I directed a global R&D team across multiple continents, driving a strategic shift to cloud-based big data analytics platforms powered by AI, saving over half a million dollars per year through innovative generative AI applications. At SightBit, I was deeply involved in developing AI solutions with direct, tangible safety benefits: real-time drowning detection and aquatic hazard alerts.

Core Philosophy and Personal Values

  1. Simplicity over complexity: The best technology is invisible. It solves, it does not burden.
  2. People matter: Technology alone never wins; investing in people and leadership is key.
  3. Question everything: I challenge assumptions rigorously, questioning success more than failure.
  4. Intellectual risk-taking: Dive deep into problems, the wings come after the plunge.
  5. Purpose-driven innovation: Every system I build must create measurable impact.

These principles shape my leadership style and technical approach. I value rapid execution, ruthless prioritisation, and designing systems for clarity and purpose. My motivation is deeply personal: creating a future that is better and simpler, so those closest to me and the wider world can benefit.

Technical Approach and Leadership Style

  • Hands-on with generative AI, LLM architectures, and agentic automation workflows.
  • Strong emphasis on scalable cloud infrastructure and robust data engineering.
  • Track record of integrating vector search, embeddings, and retrieval-augmented generation in practical applications.
  • Leader of distributed, cross-functional teams with a focus on mentorship, accountability, and high standards.
  • Balancing deep technical craftsmanship with strategic alignment to deliver real-world AI solutions.

I build systems designed for operational use, not just academic benchmarks. My focus is on end-to-end AI products—from concept and prototyping through production, ensuring reliability and real impact. I see architecture as a living system, much like music composition—each component plays a role in the symphony.

Personal Interests and Life Beyond Work

Away from code, I am a family man deeply motivated by my two daughters. Early morning workouts keep me focused, and I find solace and stimulation in science fiction and complex strategy games like RTS. I also enjoy motorcycle riding and consider music both a creative outlet and a mental framework for thinking about systems and integration.

I hold a fascination for space exploration, drawing inspiration from visionaries like Elon Musk. Outside of work, I mentor entrepreneurs who challenge norms, contribute to open-source AI initiatives, and seek experiences that build resilience and curiosity.

Vision for the Future

Looking ahead, my mission is clear: to fuse human potential with artificial intelligence in ways that transcend the limitations of each. I am not interested in blind optimism or hype. Instead, I focus on pragmatic, scalable, and ethical AI systems that automate meaningful tasks while enhancing human creativity and problem-solving.

I am committed to advancing AI architectures that can learn, adapt, and act autonomously, especially in high-impact domains. Whether through agentic workflows or generative models, my goal is to create technology that empowers people, enables innovation, and drives substantial, measurable progress.

If you seek a technology leader who cuts through the noise and builds AI for impact, you’ve found one. Let’s create the future that technology promises—but so few deliver.
