Visionary CTO • AI Maverick • Practical Problem Solver

Opening with Early Achievements

My journey with technology began long before most. By age 12, I was already mastering server controls at leading American universities. At 14, I developed a remote access tool that tested the defenses of major tech firms like Microsoft and Symantec, a bold move that set the tone for a career defined by pushing limits rather than following trends. This early entry into the world of cybersecurity and software engineering planted a seed that has grown into a deep expertise in AI, generative systems, and scalable architectures.

Formative Experiences and Key Training

My time serving in the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) was pivotal. There, I gained a firsthand understanding of how data shapes strategy and security in real time. Specialising in data management and advanced computer vision, I saw early the potential and risks of AI technologies. This military experience was not just technical training; it was a formative lesson in the practical impact of AI on society and technology ecosystems.

Education and Professional Journey

Education complemented my technical curiosity with formal rigor. By 22, I had earned a B.A. in Economics, an MBA focused on Strategy, and an M.Sc. in Computer Science. These degrees gave me a rare blend of business insight and technical depth—a combination crucial for navigating AI’s complex challenges.

My professional path has woven through diverse environments. I worked at Intel, developing deep learning and complex data engineering projects; at the Israeli Prime Minister’s Office, where strategic thinking met technology; and at Strauss, refining product and security expertise. Entrepreneurship brought me to co-found SightBit in 2019, a real-world AI platform that predicts drowning risks and enhances safety through computer vision. Today, I lead pioneering initiatives in AI and automation with a focus on building agentic systems that operate autonomously and reliably.

Year Role Company Achievement
2019 Co-Founder SightBit Launched AI-based drowning detection platform
2022 Director of R&D Synamedia Led R&D teams, developed backend and UI ML integrations
2024 Chief Technology Officer Jam 7 Driving AI-driven marketing innovation through generative AI

Current Role and Recent Achievements

Currently, as CTO at Jam 7, I tackle one of AI’s most pressing challenges: achieving human-like creativity at scale. Merging generative AI with agentic workflows, my focus is on creating smart, autonomous systems that unlock new efficiencies and innovation in marketing technology. My leadership is grounded in delivering products that are both scalable and pragmatic—AI engineered for real-world complexity, not theoretical perfection.

Before this, I spearheaded R&D at Synamedia, where I led teams across UI, backend, and DevOps to inject machine learning into broadcast industry solutions. This role deepened my expertise in distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, and AI orchestration, reinforcing my conviction that effective AI must integrate tightly with production-grade systems to truly matter.

Core Philosophy and Personal Values

  1. Technology must solve real problems, not add noise or complexity.
  2. Clean, elegant solutions function effortlessly—they don’t need justification.
  3. People are both the greatest asset and bottleneck. Invest wisely in talent and management.
  4. Leadership is non-negotiable. True innovation requires decisive vision and ruthless prioritisation.
  5. Success needs rigorous questioning—do not fear failure; fear complacency.

These principles lie at the heart of my approach as both technologist and leader. I believe in intellectual risk-taking balanced by pragmatic action. Clarity, efficiency, and impact guide me more than accolades or trends.

Technical Approach and Leadership Style

  • Hands-on engineering: I write code and architect systems directly, ensuring vision translates into reality.
  • Focus on agentic architectures: designing AI agents that maintain and improve themselves autonomously.
  • Generative AI and LLM technologies are central tools, but practical integration and orchestration come first.
  • Deep expertise in RAG systems, vector search, and advanced data engineering—building AI that uses data dynamically and robustly.
  • Cloud and scalable infrastructure underpin all solutions; AI must run reliably at scale or it’s not ready.
  • Leadership is about cutting through complexity, aligning teams around impact-driven goals, and creating frameworks for innovation and learning.

My style is direct, clear, and pragmatic. I believe that speed and focus overcome complexity better than endless debate or overengineering. Deliver what matters, learn fast, iterate bigger.

Personal Interests and Life Beyond Work

Outside technology, I’m drawn to structured challenges and systems thinking. I enjoy early morning workouts and the adrenaline of Enduro motorbike riding. Music fascinates me as a complex weave of harmonised systems, inspiring parallels to software architecture. I’m also an aficionado of science fiction, driven by visions of technological futures and human potential.

Family remains central to my motivation. My two daughters remind me every day of the need to create technology that makes the future safer and simpler. Mentoring entrepreneurs and contributing to meaningful open-source AI projects reflect my commitment to impact beyond corporate success.

Closing Visionary Statement

Looking ahead, my mission is clear: to build AI systems that extend human capabilities without dilution, delivering tools that are not just clever but transformative. I challenge the hype around AI, focusing instead on real-world applications that solve pressing problems with clarity and efficiency.

As an AI expert and technology leader based in London, I continue to navigate the thin line between innovation and practicality. The question I wrestle with daily is not just “What can AI do?” but “What should AI do—and how?”

By blending generative AI, agentic automation, and scalable architectures, I’m committed to a future where intelligent machines augment human creativity and decision-making profoundly and responsibly. If you seek AI leadership that combines technical depth, strategic insight, and a no-nonsense approach to results, then that is the path I walk.
